| Mode of actions: |
|
Benzydamine hydrochloride acts locally an analgesic, anti-inflammatory agent ; it has both rapid and extended action to relief pain as well as significant anti-inflammatory treatment for painful inflammatory conditionds of the mouth and throat. Throcalmine is free from any adverse systemic effects as it is selectivety bound to inflammed tissues. |

| Indication: |
|
Inflammation due to mouth and throat like glossitis , gingivitis , tonsillitis , oral ulceration due to radiation therapy and dental therapy. |

| Dosage and administration: |
|
Garlge 15ml of Throcalmine ( Approximately 1 tablespoonful ) every 1 ½ to 3 hours , throcalmine should be used undiluted . The solution should be expelled from mouth after use . Throcalmine is not suitable for children who are unable to gargle . |
